PRODUCT DETAILS
The Go Power! GP-PSK-90 is a 90W folding solar panel kit with a built-in 10A PWM charge controller, adjustable legs, a padded carry case and a 12 ft lead with battery clamps and sidewall-port adapters — plug-and-play battery charging for RVs, trailers and camps with nothing to install. It returns about 22Ah a day flat, closer to 28Ah when you tilt it to the sun, enough to keep a battery topped on weekend trips and run lights, fans and charging. 25-year panel warranty, 3-year controller warranty and a North American support team (part of Dometic).
Built to the standard RV manufacturers install
Go Power! has designed mobile power since 1996 and is the solar brand fitted at the factory by Jayco, Forest River, Thor and other leading RV builders. That is why this kit ships with the adapters for the Solar On The Side and Zamp Solar Ready sidewall ports those coaches use, and why its connectors match factory wiring. Part of Dometic.
Set up in a minute
Unfold, swing the legs out, aim at the sun, clip to the battery or plug into the Zamp Solar Ready or Solar On The Side port on the side of the coach. The IP52 panel shrugs off a shower; the heavy-duty nylon case protects it in the truck bed. Park in the shade and put the panel in the sun — the 12 ft lead gives you the reach.
Every connection in the case
Battery clamps, quick connectors, ring terminals, an SAE solar plug adapter and an XLR-style plug adapter are all included, so it connects to any 12V battery or factory solar port without extra parts.

WHAT IT RUNS
What 90W of solar puts back each day: about 0.3 kWh, or ≈ 22Ah into a 12V battery on a typical flat-mounted day (4.5 peak-sun hours at ~70% of nameplate). Tilt the panel toward the sun and expect ≈ 28Ah. Compare that with what your gear draws:
| Typical 12V camping day | Daily draw | 90W of solar |
|---|---|---|
| Storage: parasitic draws of a parked RV | ≈ 4Ah/day | Covered daily |
| Weekend basics: LED lights, vent fan, water pump, phone & laptop charging | ≈ 25Ah/day | ≈ 89% — covered when tilted or in summer |
| 12V compressor fridge alone, 24 h | ≈ 50Ah/day | ≈ 44% — add ≈ 150W or run a generator/shore day |
| Fridge camp: basics + 12V compressor fridge | ≈ 75Ah/day | ≈ 30% — add ≈ 250W or run a generator/shore day |
| Fridge camp + furnace blower (4 h, cold nights) | ≈ 100Ah/day | ≈ 22% — add ≈ 350W or run a generator/shore day |
| Full comfort: fridge, furnace, CPAP, TV through inverter | ≈ 140Ah/day | ≈ 16% — add ≈ 500W or run a generator/shore day |
Rule of thumb: match panel watts to battery amp-hours (100W per 100Ah) for a bank that recovers from an overnight draw by mid-afternoon. A lithium battery accepts the full charge current; a lead-acid bank should not be discharged below 50%.

FAQ
Can I plug it into my RV's solar port?
Yes. The SAE and XLR-style adapters fit Zamp Solar Ready and Go Power! Solar On The Side sidewall ports. Because this kit has its own controller, check the port: if the coach also has a controller behind it, connect at the battery instead, or confirm the port is a direct battery feed.
Does it work with lithium batteries?
It charges 12V lithium batteries that have a BMS; the built-in controller uses a lead-acid-style profile, so for a dedicated lithium profile choose a DuraLite kit.
Can I add a second panel?
The GP-PSK-90 is a stand-alone kit. For an expandable portable system see the DuraLite 100W kit, which grows to 300W.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Unfold the panel, point it at the sun and connect: directly to the battery with the included clamps, to a Zamp Solar Ready or Go Power! Solar On The Side port with the included adapter, or to a portable power station with the appropriate cable.
What is a Zamp Solar Ready port?
A sidewall solar port found on many RVs (often marked Zamp Solar Ready or Solar On The Side). It is wired to the battery, sometimes through a factory controller. Plug a portable kit in and it charges the house battery without opening the battery compartment.
Can I leave it out in the rain?
DuraLite panels are not weatherproof: they are designed for portable, temporary deployment and should be folded away in rain. The GP-PSK-90 and OBSIDIAN® portable kits are weather resistant but should still be stored dry.
Is Go Power! the solar installed in my RV from the factory?
Very likely, if your coach is a Jayco, Forest River, Thor or many other brands. Go Power! has supplied RV manufacturers since 1996, which is why its portable kits ship with the adapters for the sidewall ports those coaches use.
