Go Power! GP-RVC MPPT solar controllers, now sold direct. If your RV came with a Go Power! RV-C solar controller, this is the page for adding panels, replacing a unit, or adding a wall display with Bluetooth — with the exact part your coach was built with.
Is this your controller?
Open the compartment where your solar controller is mounted (usually the battery bay, utility bay, or behind the converter) and check the label.

- GP-RVC-MPPT-30 / GP-RVC-30-MPPT (Dometic item 82890): 30A, two battery outputs marked BAT1 and BAT2, three status LEDs (PV, BAT1, BAT2), RV-C ports. Fitted as original equipment by RV manufacturers including Jayco, Alliance RV, Pleasure-Way and Tiffin.
- GP-RVC-MPPT-10 / GP-RVC-10-MPPT (Dometic item 82889): 10A, 12V, status LEDs, RV-C port. Fitted on smaller coaches and trailers with a single 100–150W panel.
If you see a Go Power! controller with an LCD screen on the unit itself, you have a PWM model — see Upgrade your factory PWM to MPPT instead.
Three things owners do with it
1. Add panels
The GP-RVC-30-MPPT handles up to 600W of solar at 12V (1,200W at 24V). If your new array is under that, wire the new panels in and keep the controller you have. If you are going past it, add a second GP-RVC-30-MPPT: these controllers stack on the battery side and both report to your RV-C display. Keep each array's open-circuit voltage under 100V, including the cold-weather rise.
2. Replace a unit
Same mounting footprint, same connectors, same RV-C integration. Your wall display keeps showing solar data the way it did from the factory. Order the GP-RVC-30-MPPT controller on its own if you already have a display; order the controller + Bluetooth remote kit if you want a dedicated solar display and the app.

3. Add Bluetooth and a solar display

The GP-RVC-R remote is a surface-mount display for the GP-RVC controllers. It shows battery voltage, charge current, charge/discharge totals and min/max voltage, and it adds Bluetooth so you can read the controller in the Go Power! Connect app. It comes with a 25 ft cable and needs no external power.
What plugs into what
| Remote to controller | The GP-RVC-R ships with a 25 ft communication cable that plugs into the controller's RV-C port. No extra parts. |
|---|---|
| Longer run | Add a 25 ft PowerTrak extension harness (GP-RVC-EXT-25). |
| Second controller on the network | Use a PowerTrak branch connector harness (GP-RVC-PT-BC) to add the second controller to the existing RV-C run. |
| Network termination | An RV-C network needs a terminating resistor at the end of the run. If your coach's RV-C network already has one, do not add another. For a standalone remote-to-controller run, the included cable is all you need. A terminating resistor harness (GP-RVC-PT-TR) is available if your installation calls for it. |
| Coach display | The controller reports to RV-C displays (including PowerTrak) over the coach network. Confirm the display's solar page is enabled in its settings. |
Not sure which cable you need? Send us the controller label and a photo of the ports and we will tell you.

Frequently asked
Will it work with my coach's wall display?
Yes. The GP-RVC controllers report over the coach's RV-C network to RV-C displays, including PowerTrak. If your display has a solar page, it will show this controller.
Do I need the remote?
Only if you want a dedicated solar readout or the Go Power! Connect app. If your coach display already shows solar, the controller alone is enough.
Can I add a second controller?
Yes. Connect it on the battery side with its own array and add it to the RV-C run with a branch connector harness. Both controllers report to the display.
Is it UL listed?
No. It is sold for aftermarket and DIY installation in the United States and is not intended for OEM production use. It cannot ship to Canada.
Certification and sale restrictions
These controllers are not UL listed. They are sold for aftermarket and do-it-yourself installation in the United States only and are not intended for OEM production use. Not available for shipment to Canada. Confirm compatibility with your coach and local requirements before purchasing.
